Sarah Clark RHN

“I do not believe in dieting or restricting calories. I assist clients in focusing on whole foods to promote long-term, healthy eating habits.”

Sarah was born and raised in Vancouver, BC. In 2005, she moved to Hong Kong where she resided for 11 years, working in Public Relations and as a freelance writer. By her mid 30s, after having two children, Sarah found that not only had her priorities changed dramatically, she had also become frustrated with frequent illnesses. For support, she turned to nutritionists and functional medicine practitioners for comprehensive lab testing and dietary changes. She was so inspired by the immense improvement in her overall health and well-being that she embarked on a career change - completing her Holistic Nutrition program via distance education with CSNN in 2016.

In 2017, Sarah moved her family from Hong Kong to Bali, Indonesia where she first began seeing Nutrition clients of her own. Practising for three years, mainly in Ubud and Canggu, Sarah conducted in-home consults working with long-time expats and travellers from around the globe to improve their diet and lifestyle while abroad. Upon moving to Whistler in 2019, Sarah began working almost exclusively on-line, supporting international clients from California to South Africa.

With a focus on digestive health, intestinal function, hormone balancing, and pediatric nutrition, Sarah supports clients with a wide range of diets through whole foods, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle changes. Sarah holds an undergraduate degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Victoria. From this field of study, she incorporates ancestral and environmental factors into her nutritional protocols.

In her spare time, Sarah can be found hiking with her dog to One Duck lake, or skiing on Whistler Mountain. She is an avid reader and lover of dark chocolate and Chinese tea.
